Vinaikrishnan Nair

Vinai, is an MBA, with about 17 years of experience in the Banking & Financial Services
industry, primarily spread across Business Analysis, Consulting, IT Delivery, Process Re-
engineering, Sourcing and Strategy.He has been a part of SBI General Insurance Co Ltd for since its inception and was responsible for setting up and delivering IT Services across various technology platforms. He was a member of the core team that has been instrumental in setting up the IT Strategy,
Architecture and Governance processes for the company.In his current role, he is also responsible for running the core insurance services as well as to lead and implement the Digital Transformation Initiatives. Prior to SBI General, he has worked with a leading technology company as a consultant for
assignments with Insurers in Asia & Europe. He has played key roles in various start-up insurance ventures and IT enablement of functions such as Policy Administration, Claims, ales Channel Management and Operations & Customer Services. He loves to read and listen to music in his free time.

Manav Sethi

As Group CMO, Manav looks after both Eros Now and the studio business. He is responsible for brand, consumer growth & retention, talent, trade and PR across both these businesses. In his earlier role he was founder CMO for ALTBalaji, India’s first SVOD OTT platform which broke the notion that Indians don’t pay for content.In his last role at Getit he launched multiple businesses and brands in India and Malaysia across Yellow pages, Horizontal Marketplace and verticals like grocery and furniture, mobile wallet and a merchant lending platform.At Reliance Big Entertainment, he was the founder of then India’s largest online local search platform that got investment interests from Navteq & acquisition interest from Justdial. He was also part of founding co worked on launching businesses across FM Radio, Music, Motion Pictures, Movie rental & download, online gaming & a JV with Dreamworks Animation SKG. In his earlier stints, Manav exited a startup in stealth mode that created an IP that helped telecom towers reduce their energy costs.He has formal education in Management and Law.

Rituraj Bidwai

Astute understanding of various digital marketing channels coupled with solid technical knowledge gives me an edge in implementing brand related campaigns derived from the overall business objectives. Amit Purohit

Amit Purohit is Head of Digital Business at Aditya Birla Sunlife AMC Limited (formerly known as Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company Limited).
Amit spearheads Digital Business Pan India with P & L responsibilities. The Digital Business has mandates for Digital Sales & Strategic Alliances, Digital Marketing, Digital Operations and Customer experience and Digital Technology for business verticals like Investor, Distributor and Corporates. He has been instrumental in revamping Digital business and has been leading from the front with respect to bringing out many “Industry first” innovations in the Digital space. Digital Business has been able to successfully roll out new Digital Assets viz. Partner portal, Partner App, APIs for Digital partner integrations, Micro-sites for Tax Planning etc. in recent times and some of the initiatives are setting benchmarks in the industry.
Amit’s career spans over 18 years across varied industries like BFSI, Telecom and Pharma. In past Amit was associated with organizations like Reliance Mutual Fund, Tata Docomo and ICICI Bank for business functions like Product Management, Strategic Sales & Business Development and Marketing. Amit is an MBA from Pune University and is a BMGI certified Green Belt holder in Six Sigma.

Kaushik Chakraborty

A versatile Sales and Marketing professional with over 20 years of extensive cross-functional experience in transforming digital road maps, driving online sales and service excellence. Kaushik has been at the forefront of the digital transformation journeys of organisations like Tata Capital & UTI Mutual Fund. He has set up digital businesses for Retail & Commercial banking consumers from scratch in various organisations and in his current role is driving digital initiatives at Tata Capital. He
calls himself a “digital-first marketer” as prior to the advent of the digital-social- mobile era he was happily honing his skills in Sales and Service functions of organisations like Standard Chartered Bank and ICICI Bank. An out-of-the-box thinker with a flair for identifying & adopting emerging trends, he has gained a rich and varied experience across NBFC, Consumer Banking, Asset Management and SME Banking spaces during his professional career. Mandar Natekar

He has over two decades of experience in the media & entertainment industry working with leading media brands like TOI, Sony, BigAdda, HBO, Movies Now & MTV,

During his last stint with Viacom 18, Mandar was responsible for managing the entire revenue stream for brand MTV, Pepsi Mtv Indies &Mtv Beats across Ad-Sales, Large Format Sponsorships, Digital Properties & Branded Content. His expertise lies in creating large format revenue partnerships and creating newer opportunities for scaling up revenue streams across start-ups to established businesses.

Udit Jain

Udit Jain is the Head of Marketing at Airtel Payments Bank, the first Payments Bank in India. In this capacity, he leads brand building, marketing and communication for the Bank.

Udit has 15 years of progressive experience in long term business strategy development, brand management, communication, digital marketing, new product development, customer and shopper marketing and sales which straddles across leading business conglomerates. A passionate business manager and marketer, Udit is credited with a strong sense of long-term vision and an eye for detail. He also plays a key role in shaping long term growth strategies for the Bank.

Prior to joining Airtel Payments Bank, Udit worked with brands like Airtel, Reckitt Benckiser, and Tecumseh Products Company. During his tenure with Airtel, Udit is credited with achieving ever highest scores on saliency and consideration in highly competitive and disruptive category. Ankit Mehrotra

Ankit Mehrotra is a start-up and tech enthusiast with special interests in understanding customer behaviour across the web and mobile. He is the co-founder ofDineout, which is India’s Largest Dining Out Platform seating more than a million diners a month across 8000 restaurants in India. He is the winner of the Education UK Alumni Awards 2016 in which he received the Entrepreneur of the Year award.
