Archana Aggarwal

Archana Aggarwal is a passionate marketeer with 20+ years of experience. She is responsible for some critical and strategic areas such as media planning and buying, analytics, digital capability building, performance management of the media agencies, etc.  Prior to Airtel, she was Country Media Manager for P&G, India. She was instrumental in P&G winning their first Cannes in India in 2006 post which they won many prestigious international awards for the Gillette Shave India Movement. She also led media for the high decibel launch of 4G and Payments Bank in India.

Sugato Banerji

Sumanta Ray

Sumanta Ray has over 23 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Branding and International Business Development. He started his career in brand management and subsequently moved on to sales & marketing roles in retail, telecom, financial services and healthcare, with stints in leading organizations like Airtel, Reliance & Apollo Hospitals, prior to taking charge as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Narayana Health group of hospitals.

Sumanta has been named amongst the “50 Most Talented CMOs in India” at the 2014 World Marketing Congress in Mumbai. He has also been the recipient of the “Campaign of the Year” & “Best Campaign – Banking & Finance” awards at the CMO Asia Awards 2010 in Singapore for developing the “All is Well” advertising campaign for Reliance Life Insurance as well as anchored the same brand for Interactive Avenues (the digital agency) who won the Silver at the Indian Digital Media Awards (IDMA) 2012 for “Best Integrated Campaign – Social Cause” and “Best Use of Social Networks – Social cause” for the “Boundaries for Books” campaign for the same brand.

Currently at Narayana Health, Sumanta Ray is responsible for the company’s topline and handles the entire Sales, Marketing, Digital, PR & Corporate Relations as well as Shared Services for the group. He has built up the sales & marketing function from scratch across all the 30 NH network hospitals. He has also been instrumental in the re-branding on Narayana Hrudayalaya to Narayana Health as well as setting up the organization’s digital & online footprint.

Ashish Jain

I am leading E-commerce initiative of Godrej and Boyce. Godrej and Boyce has 14 diverse business divisions including Godrej interio, appliances, security solutions and locks.I head Digital marketing for Godrej Interio and drive integration of creativity with data to rejuvenate brand from an old legacy brand to an aspirational brand for today’s millennial. I am passionately pursuing technology enablers implementing Artificial intelligence, Machine learning, Data science, IoT to solve business problems at scale In my past role, I lead grocery e-commerce business in Reliance Retail as joint business head. In that role, I lead team of technocrats, merchandisers, Operators and Digital marketing professionals to build business from scratch. I also lead development of Reliance Digital Xpress store from concept to realization. This format was focused on experiential retailing of technology products. I am passionate towards building customer centric digital businesses, processes and organization structure with strong bias towards action and happy to connect with people with similar interests

Pravinkumar Bhandari

His expertise lies in FinTech and Telecommunications along with Payment ProcessingIndustry & IT Infrastructure Management.Currently he is working as the Chief Business Officer at ePaisa, his role is to entails tasksand processes towards business development by implementing growth opportunities withinand outside the organizations. Prior to this, he was handling Vtalkers Pte Ltd as the ChiefTechnology Officer & Chief Operating Officer where he re-branded Vtalkers, introducing newproducts and positioning as an MVNO moves, from USD2.1M to USD5.3M company in 14months.

Manoj Lalwani

In his current role, Manoj Lalwani spearheads the overall marketing function at Reliance Broadcast Network Limited. Manoj is a seasoned marketing professional with International MBA degree & over 15 years of extensive experience in FMCG sector and Media broadcasting.

Manoj has expertise across varied consumer product categories from ice creams, frozen foods, cooking oil, snack food to media broadcasting, across leading MNCs like Cargill and United Biscuits, including critical leadership roles

He has worked on both established & start-up brands & proved a turnaround specialist in more roles than one. Manoj has created exponential trajectory on a series of brands across youth & kids space, on the back of some defining marketing execution involving celebrities, aggressive new product launches, innovative communication approaches, etc. He was one of the core members of two successful start-up brands in the Indian FMCG market – McVitie’s biscuits and Creambell ice creams

Prior to joining RBNL, he held a leadership position as Vice President – Sales and Marketing, South Asia, VLCC Health Care for almost a year.

Manoj completed his post-graduation from Monash University, Australia. A seasoned marketing professional, he has worked on both established & start-up brands, playing a significant role in the growth of the brands.

In his leisure time, the fitness freak enjoys trekking and long drives.

Priyanka Sehgal

Priyanka is a media professional with 22 years of extensive experience across TV & Digital with successful stints in India’s leading media conglomerates including Network 18, Times Television Network and NDTV.

Heeru Dingra

HeeruDingra is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of WATConsult, the globally awarded hybrid digital agency from the house of Dentsu International.She started her journey nine years ago here and today leads a team of 400+ people across offices in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.
Having studied from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Heeru has an in-depth understanding of Mergers and Acquisitions and played a key role in the acquisition process of the Company.
She holds over 18 years of knowledge, expertise and experience in the finance sector, and has worked with leading financial institutions like ICICI, Citibank and Indiabulls.
At WATConsult, she is the quintessential problem solver and the mind behind some of the most memorable company-wide initiatives that encompass both clients and employees. Her belief in WATConsult’s ability to use digital to make a difference has birthed projects ranging from wacky to socially conscious. Some of the key projects include Powerless Queen, KidsNotForSale, Give Subtitles to Suicide, amongst others.
She is the master mind behind launching various HR initiatives like Snapplication – a campaign to hire freshers and young talent via Snapchat,PlayAgency – an innovative board-gamewhich allows players to run an ad agency and experience all the highs and lows of it, WAT’s Your Big Idea– a digital ideation competition across educational institutes of India.
In her current role, she overlooks the entire executive duties of the agency and ensures smooth operations across offices. Her key aim is to keep a balance between work and employee well-being. She is a strong believer of gender equality and strives to provide equal platforms to everyone for growth and success.
